Returns Policy

Returns:

1. You can return any goods within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange of those goods if the item(s) is unused with original packaging and the original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
2. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them and in the method you purchased them.
3. When returning an item purchased with a voucher/promo code, your refund or exchange value will be equal to the final discounted price that you paid for the item.
4. All goods will be inspected on return.
5. You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us.
6. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
7. We are not responsible for any goods that are returned to us in error.
8. If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please Contact Us within 30 days, include your order number, problems with the goods and if possible photographs of the defect. You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault.
